Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Autono collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with autono.co and Autono services, including Google user data accessed through Google APIs when you connect a Google Account, and private ingestion of Meta Ads data authorized by our customers or internal business users.
Google user data
When you connect your Google Account to Autono, you authorize Autono to access specific Google Workspace data through Google APIs so that our agents can perform the automations you request. Depending on the scopes you grant on the Google consent screen, this may include:
- Gmail, to read, organize, label, draft, and send email as part of the workflows you configure.
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, to read and create the files and documents your automations produce.
- Google Calendar, to read and manage events for scheduling automations.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features and automations you explicitly request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or at your direction.
Autono's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (1) we obtain your explicit consent to view specific data; (2) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse or a bug; (3) it is required to comply with applicable law; or (4) the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
You can review and revoke Autono's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Information we collect
Autono may collect business contact information you provide directly, such as name, email address, company name, and messages sent to us.
When you connect a Google Account, Autono accesses Google user data through Google APIs as described in the Google user data section below, limited to the scopes you authorize on the consent screen.
For private Meta Ads data ingestion, Autono may access advertising account data that you authorize through Meta, including ad account identifiers, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, delivery, performance, spend, conversion, and reporting metadata.
We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and timestamps when you visit our website or use our services.
How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Autono services and the automations you configure.
Google user data is used only to provide and improve the specific features and automations you request, as described in the Google user data section below.
Meta Ads data is used only for authorized business purposes, including analytics, reporting, workflow automation, data ingestion, troubleshooting, and performance review requested or approved by the account owner.
We do not sell personal information, Google user data, or Meta Ads data. We do not use this data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or resale.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, process, analyze, secure, or operate our services, but only as needed for those providers to perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Autono, our users, or others.
We do not transfer or share Google user data or Meta Ads data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service you requested, comply with applicable law, or at your direction.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Google user data and Meta Ads data may be retained in operational systems, logs, backups, or analytics stores for the period needed to support the authorized workflow, unless a shorter period is required by agreement or law, or until you request deletion or revoke access.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of information associated with your account, your authorized Google data, or authorized Meta Ads data by contacting us at privacy@autono.co.
Deletion requests should include enough information for us to verify the request, such as the account email, business name, or relevant account identifier.
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the relevant information unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law.
You can review and revoke Autono's access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You may also manage or revoke Meta permissions through your Meta account, Business Manager, or app authorization settings.
